We have space to cater for a party of 40 or more if needed, so with plenty of room comes plenty of fun for everyone! All packages are fully customizable to suit all your party needs. FAQ
How long does the party go for?
The party will run for 2 hours total. and follows the structure below.
Party Meet-Up – 20 mins
Play – 1 hour
Party Room – 40 mins
Which package do I pick if I have kids that are different ages?
Ultimately, it’s up to you, since our packages are designed for different age groups we would recommend booking the package of the majority age of the guests. Alternatively, you could book the package depending on the age of the birthday child.
Younger/Older children are welcome to join the party under any package, but keep in mind some of our areas have height restrictions. Meaning some children may have to participate separately from the main party groups if they do not meet these restrictions.
Is food included in the price?
Yes! Food is for the children is included in the package you purchase. Each package has different food options. Parent platters can be purchased at an additional cost.
Can i bring my own food to the party?
No. Besides the birthday cake, you are unable to bring in your own food. All food is provided for the kids when you purchase one of our party packages. Parent platters can also be added on at an extra cost.
Is the birthday child free?
No, the birthday child is not for free. However, at the end of the party, they will receive a free pass which can be used to return to the venue for free at a later date.
What is the maximum amount of people in a party?
Our minimum number of guests is 8. Our Maximum number of guests is 40. If you have a large party of over 40 guests, we recommend checking out our Private Venue Hire options instead.
Do I need to bring anything?
No, we can supply all the essentials for the birthday! You are welcome to bring:
- Birthday Cake/candles
- Decorations – These are one thing we don’t supply.
- Lollybags
When will I get access to the party room?
Birthday parties will be able to enter the party room following your 1 hour of play time. Once in the party rooms you will have 40 mins to enjoy your food and cake.
What parent platters do you offer?
Below is a list of parent platters we offer:
- Hot Chips Platter – $30
- Nuggets Platter – $30
- Wedges Platter – $35
- Pizza Platter – $45
- Veggie Hot Mix Platter – $45
Do we provide lollybags?
Unfortunately, not at this stage. If you have your own, you are welcome to bring them in.
Will the host be with me in the party?
Yes. Our dedicated party host will be with your party from start to finish, playing games and ensuring your party has the best experience at Airborn.
Do we print and send invitations?
No, unfortunately we do not print or send out the invitations to guests. However, a template of the invitations could be downloaded by clicking HERE.
PARTY INVITATIONS
Party invitations will be sent to you in an email after the confirmation of the party so you can send to all of your party guests. Alternatively, you can click below to download them!
PARTY THINGS TO KNOW
- A non-refundable $150 deposit is required when booking that special occasion. Full payment is required PRIOR to the party.
- Our party Co-Ordinator will confirm all details with you one week before the party including the preferred package, date/time, number of jumpers, parent platters and any other information we need to make the day special.
- We cannot allow self-catering (with the exception of a birthday cake).
- Be sure to arrive around 30 minutes before the party start time to allow for traffic, parking and greeting guests.
- The party will be greeted in the meet up area before heading to the trampolines on the hour for their play.
Following this the party will have access to a private party room for 40 mins for food/cake.
- Guests must be over 110cm to use our Elite Trampolines
- Guests must be over 125cm and have closed-toed lace up shoes to use our Ninja Warrior Course.
